I need to go get my morning walk in. The students are back so I have to walk while classes are in session. The Bicycle riders are dangerous during passing times between classes.

Good afternoon. I get up early but my energy is all gone by noon.

I do not want to move either! We have lived here since 1999 and are very rooted here.

It would be nice to have a place for more chickens though....

But the benefits of a smaller flock become apparent as you collect more.

Our fence saga is continues. The fence guy was here last Thursday the 21st and made the post holes. He came back on Monday the 25th and set all but one of the posts (that post is still laying on the ground).

Will he be back today? Who knows. I am 100% disgusted.

I would really like to have chickens again, i enjoyed going out and caring for them the last few years, it gave me a purpose to keep going
