It is very good thing that you are taking care of you Mental health!All good points, thanks Janie. Thing is though, I’ve been in numerous times already and it helps while I’m in there and then I get back out and fall into old habits. Even if it’s 5-6 months later like this time and last time. So I’m not really sure what I need to do to fix it. Maybe going in one more time would help this time. Idk. I’ve done a couple partial programs too. Those were helpful too but I guess not entirely. I just don’t know. The other thing is, I have several appointments coming up that I really can’t miss and a fundraiser dinner for the Clubhouse that my family is going to. And a neighborhood block party. All things I can’t or don’t want to miss. But then again, my mental health is most important so I guess I shouldn’t worry about stupid things like that.
