All good points, thanks Janie. Thing is though, I’ve been in numerous times already and it helps while I’m in there and then I get back out and fall into old habits. Even if it’s 5-6 months later like this time and last time. So I’m not really sure what I need to do to fix it. Maybe going in one more time would help this time. Idk. I’ve done a couple partial programs too. Those were helpful too but I guess not entirely. I just don’t know. The other thing is, I have several appointments coming up that I really can’t miss and a fundraiser dinner for the Clubhouse that my family is going to. And a neighborhood block party. All things I can’t or don’t want to miss. But then again, my mental health is most important so I guess I shouldn’t worry about stupid things like that.
It is very good thing that you are taking care of you Mental health!
