It's Veteran's day today. I want to thank all veterans reading this for their service to our country, and to those no longer with us, thank you for the ultimate sacrifice that you made so I can live in a free country, and not be afraid. It is an introspective, and somber day here as we remember those lost defending our freedoms. Thank you.

DD2 sent me this picture from work yesterday. She works up in Telluride. It's pretty, but her driving through the mountains makes me nervous.

A couple of hours later she sent me this picture

She hit a buck just as she came down off the mountain. She's fine, but the same can't be said for her vehicle.
