I have to say my dogs are sometimes the only reason I haven’t run away from home. I can’t take them from their dad because they adore him, but i couldn’t ever leave them behind.

I understand that. I've occasionally had that thought myself. Fortunately there are many layers to every great relationship.

Hopefully some American Bresse and White Giants will hatch. Fertility is an issue with them coming from young pullets but it the eggs are not fertile there was nothing to lose from trying. I only have 7 American Breese pullets and 11 White Giants. The 8 Dark Cornish are doing a great job with fertility. I congratulate the boys every time I go in there coop to feed them.
