I squeeze the tofu, cube it, season it, add some bread crumbs and a touch of oil, put it on a sheet pan and bake at 400* until crisp. About 30-40 minutes. It takes on whatever flavors you add and is similar in texture to chicken.

Thanks for the recipe, I've never tried to make anything like that.

This is the type of snow fencing I saw in Wyoming:

It wouldn't be unusual to see snow blown as tall as the fencing in some areas.

Second to the last day of the deer gun season, so kinda rude of them. Husband is putting up snow fence. Second to the last day before he goes back to work. Gonna be weird. He's been off for two weeks.

We had the full spread on Thursday and my oldest DD and two of the Grand kids over for left overs yesterday.

I am recovering today....

Occasionally shoes and gloves will be sucked up into this other dimension, but they aren't acceptable. They'll be thrown back down, usually on the side of the road.

I'm pretty sure my house is where some things appear from other dimensions because I have found many unclaimed shoes, sandals, towels, jewelry, and sunglasses.
