Nope! We’ve been doing a lot of affirmations and stuff in group although it may also partially be from that too because I did think of putting the full phrase of Know You Are Loved but then I decided to just go with this. So it’s kind of half and half lol I just wanted people to know they are/help.

I haven't seen a TV show in many years. When there was a good show back then there was 20 minutes of sponsor time and 10 minutes of show. It wasn't worth the price. That was after we had watched all the good shows to the end on BBC TV.
