I've seen kids walk up to cars by restaurants and evidently were know by the driver because they rolled the window down and handed something to the kid and took something in exchange. I can't prove nothing but sure am suspicious.Unknown to me as a kid. Our son says he saw his first drug deal on the school bus when he was in first grade. I must have the look because every time we have gone to the Caribbean I become a magnet for all the drug dealers.
