A pinch of salt is 1\16 of a teaspoon, which is something like 100 mg and then it would be put on 4 apples, so that would be 25mg per apple.

The same thing would apply to a cake with half a teaspoon of salt in it. That would be 1000mg. If the cake was a 9x13 cake, and split into 12, then the sodium would be about 83 mg of sodium.

Home baked foods are already fairly low in sodium which is one reason for them being healthier than store stuff.
It doesn’t matter guy, add salt if you want I don’t care. I shared the recipe because it sounds good, not because there’s no salt in it.

I live in the desert and raised a family. They’re all still alive so I must be a decent cook so don’t need help in that department either. Thanks.
