Those are always nice to have on hand...just to eat plain or in salads or egg salad. I make them a lot.

Exactly! That’s why I’m making them. Easy breakfast or lunch, dinner, whatever lol funny thing is I used to hate them but recently I like them a lot more. Idk why but whatever. So yeah. I’ve only ever made them like once or twice before but I had some older eggs that had to be used up and I mixed in some newer ones too. Plus I never feel like cooking in the morning anymore so now I don’t have to lol
