It’s terrible! I’m on crutches and can’t do much else so I’ve been looking a lot. The pay sucks, plus I’m old and have limits on what I’m willing to put up with. I’ve had one interview, and I told the kid I talked to that I wasn’t interested in their job. Low pay and you expect me to give up my eves, weekends and holidays? I don’t think so.

You are not old, you are mature! You're an asset (be sure and specify the "et" part of that ), you're life experienced, and you have a sense of humor. All important in the job market.

Things are very different from the way we did things. These days AI looks for whatever and if you don’t have the key words you don’t get noticed. It’s not a person it’s a damn machine that picks you out of the crowd now.

This is exactly the problem I am having! Because Susie owned the phone and I the computer. The AI that updates things on it's own gets confused
