Hi Debby. I baked some cupcakes and banana bread for that benefit next Saturday. I’m freezing it. I’d still like to do some cutout cookies but we’ll see. I don’t have much freezer space. I baked cupcakes and banana cake last weekend.
I’m working on laundry also.

Busy lady! I fought my way through Walmart, that was enough for me.

One of the things I wanted there was a rain gauge. Couldn't find them so I asked one of the employees and she wanted to know what a rain gauge was used for. :gig(I was nice and explained that it measures rain fall.)

Do they not get much rain in Tennessee?:lol:

My husband showed me something today about the forecasted weather this summer. I hope it is wrong. I’m not sure where the info came from as my focus was on baking. We could be in for tornadoes again and the same vicious derecho winds that caused all the damage 2 years ago in May.

We get plenty of rain here so I'm not sure what the issue was.:rolleyes:

Whoa, you do not need weather like that to be repeated DMC. Hope that forecast changes and nothing like that happens!
 
Cooking class today at the club. Buffalo chicken egg rolls and steak and cheese egg rolls. We were gonna make sauce too but we didn’t have enough time so we’ll do that another time and do like meatballs with it. But it was sooooo good today lol yummy.
