They are delicious! The almond flour didn't firm up as much as regular all purpose, so they are rather flat, but they taste wonderful.

They are pretty could. I'm more of a pie person, than a cookie girl. (Unless it's thin mint girl scout cookies. I can eat a whole box in less than a day. Proven fact.)
