I am happy that it is Friday!

The Spring Quarter is ending and Finals start next week.

Big changes are in store here, My current boss announced a surprise retirement yesterday.

Does your boss retiring mean any change to your retirement date Ron?

IT is moving to the Letters and Sciences Dean's office, so I am getting a new Boss anyway. I hope to retire sometime next year after I turn 65. We will see though!

It's cooled down to 91° and maybe by the time we go out in about an hour from now to make another round in the coops it will be cooled even more.

The 3 AM melatonin did work. I slept a little later than normal but at least I got enough sleep. I mowed a lot this morning and got really overheated by 11. After lunch a short power nap before making some coop rounds checking water. The outdoor brooder and the grow out pen are my major concerns in this heat.

I just finished watching "Misery" on tv. It's been a loonnnng time since I last saw it. Still good, what great acting by James Caan and Kathy Bates!
P.S. It's 34 years old now, wow, time flies.
