Debby, I'm really enjoying these new grills.
Especially the Blackstone flat top griddle. I've barely cooked anything in our kitchen in the last couple of weeks. I haven't spent much time learning to use the Ninja Woodfire pro, but I'm going to learn. Jim has smoked some meats on it and the pork butt especially was fantastic. He has also air fried some sweet potatoes on it and they came out great.

Glad to know the new toys are working out for you Janie! I was looking over both of those and the Ninja looks a little complicated but I could definitely work with the flat top. Might have to keep that in mind for DH's birthday next year.
