That sounds delicious Ron! How much ice cream did it make?

It was about a half a cup too much for my 1.6 quart ice cream machine. I did drink the extra though! It was very tasty.

I figure we will have problems moving into a smaller place...when we need to in the future!

Stuff seems to grow to fill the space.

Dang, I can agree with that my books alone took up way to much space and we tend to buy essential things every time we move and we've had a lot of moves.

I made butter pecan ice cream yesterday. It was a hit!

Butter Pecan

2 cups whipping cream
2 cups half and half
1/4 stick of butter
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup vanilla bean sugar
pinch of salt
1 tbs of vanilla extract.

Place in medium sauce pan; heat and stir until it boils. The second it boils turn off heat pour in metal ice cream tub and place in freezer 1 hour. Take out of freezer and stir; place in ice cream machine and turn on for 30 minutes.

Abby didn’t used to care but just last year it came to be a problem. Not the far away huge displays we can see, but the ones our neighbors set off are close and she doesn’t like it.

Our dogs became more bothered as they aged.

So unpleasant that condensation is forming on the outside of the windows. Two afternoon showers made things worse.

You know me. Went to the club and worked a dog early. Mowed too much of the lawn. (Got yelled at for that.) Went back to the club this evening. It was a two shower, two sets of clothing day.

We replaced our 15 year old AC unit last autumn. The new unit is working great. Hey, I listen to my body, and it kept saying, "You can do it."
