The morning was going well (after a cup of coffee) until I was emptying the dishwasher. One wrong move and messed up my back so I'm using the hot pad today. That will teach me for trying to be productive.

My back was acting up for several days last week, and then one day I woke up, and it was okay.

I hope the heat is helping.
I had never realized how excruciating back pain could be until I hurt mine. Same with dental pain. I had heard for years how bad toothaches were but until I finally had one myself I had no idea. I hope I never have either problem again.

I have to get up at like 6 tomorrow usually it’s not till 7:30-7:45 or 8 LOL aka when the nurse comes.
