And we call Sour, Sour, but he's not all that sour- he is actually pretty optimistic.
I rarely make plans anymore except to plan trips to the grocery store, doctors apts, and veterinarian apts. I consider that a perk of retirement.

Congrats on making it to retirement! Well deserved 'no plans' then. My work is seasonal and most of the time when I'm not working, I'd rather be at home (with the animals) so that's usually 'the plan.'

And chicken parm, eggplant parm, meatballs, pasta, Caesar salad, dinner rolls, and dessert

Oh, cool! Things like that make a big difference! They add a nice touch to everything and make things run smoothly.
