We woke up to a water leak under the kids bathroom sink today

That is a bummer! I hope it's an easy fix. Minor plumbing repairs I actually don't mind doing, so I hope it's not a pain for you! I hate everything getting wet, though.

Last time I was at my mom's she had a whole bunch of jewelry she dropped down her bathroom sinks, so I helped get it out for her, lol. She didn't know you could find it in the p-traps.

Just sent the kids back to Maryland. Granddaughter's boyfriend is a keeper. Too early to get attached. They'll be back in 5 days for our family Christmas.

Hi Jen, thanks. It’s all fixed but we’ve got a fan in there to dry things out. My DH is capable but still doing PT for a hand injury so our son came over and helped us out
