I agree with others that think there are various reasons. Being in an average backyard, is quarantine really possible? I don’t know about that. Plus, people aren’t even aware that they should deal with their healthy birds, then the sick and change clothes before they go back to the healthy. And they always want to nurse the sick back to health which in many cases puts their whole flock at risk. It’s a cruel world and people are soft.

I have quarantined in the garage.
