Morning IM, I'll work on it some more today. The part I'm struggling with right now is fitting the chicken wire into the embroidery hoop. There's too much wire bulk for the hoop to fit together. Whole lot of snipping and bending is going to have to happen today. I do have almost all of the little dangly charms made, just about 10-12 more of those to go (they're pretty)!

Hi Debby :) Now I really can’t wait to see it!

Maybe lay the wire out, trace the outer edge of the hoop on the back side and then pound the part that goes through the hoop flat? I dunno, that’s what I would try. And pliers for bending and maybe a hammer to tap the big hoop down over the smaller one.

Thanks IM. The part that seems to be causing the problem is where the wire is twisted together. That's the bulky part, but I'm not sure how much I can cut into that and still have enough to attach to the hoop. I think that's what I need to figure out.
