My boys just left to go to Iowa to look at a semi. I hope they are back before it starts.

Thanks! Yeah, these girls (the ones we shore) are lambing in a month, so it was good timing. They definitely looked ready for their photo shoot afterwards, lol.

Jen, that last picture...do they wonder where their coats went?

Yeah, sometimes I think they do! They won't recognize each other and the boys can start fighting again. It's cute, if you have moms with lambs, the lambs will go find the fleece, thinking it's the mom.

After a few days, their skin thickens like 100% after they are shorn. A general rule after shearing is, they can handle the cold; they can handle the wet, but they can't handle the wet and the cold. This lady has a nice barn for them and she coats them to keep the fleeces nicer.
