I'm going back to Boise 😭😅. Two clients had to reschedule (one had a funeral and the other one we couldn't get in touch with because they had a heart attack, but thankfully, they are okay!) Working in triple digits doesn't sound like much fun. Hope you can get there and do the job quickly. And then retreat back to some a/c!

The trip to WY is going to be a mix of good and not good. I'm kind of looking forward to having it over with honestly. Really not looking forward to flying. This will be the first flight I've taken since 2010 and it's probably hasn't gotten any more fun since then.

I haven't flown much in the last five years for sure, but you haven't flown ten years?! Wow! Oh, it will be fine. I don't know if you have to have that official ID crap now, but my partner didn't after the date and made it through with no trouble (not saying other places aren't different or it hasn't changed by now).

Isn't it only like a day drive from KY to WY? I'm sure we could all just shuttle you. :lol::bun🚐

I got the Real ID thingie on my driver's license when we moved here in 2023 so that's not a problem.

It's 2,000 miles round trip from here to Laramie, WY. By the time you figure in the cost of gas, at least a couple of meals and an overnight stop, the airfare is the same (and a lot faster). DH can't get away from work so I'll fly into Denver and meet my son (he's flying from Kansas City to Denver) and then we'll drive our rental car to Laramie.

We only have 8 days so don't want to use all the time driving.
