Good morning Rene! So was I then as we were going to bed I got a really bad hamstring cramp that lasted for about10 min. ! Oh how I hate those!

I've had back issues since I was about 12. The first one I had was when I'd taken my parents to the VA, to see if my father's cancer had returned almost 20 years ago. That's why I remember it so well. I should mention it to my Dr, but they happen quite infrequently, so I forget about them. Seems like I have several for a short period and then nothing for months.
