My men like pecan. I’m the oddball out. My sisters like it so I’m making one. I haven’t had turkey the last couple years. My sister always made the best. I decided this year to buy one of the frozen in the bag turkey breasts. That bugger was expensive. I hope I don’t wreck it.

Your turkey, is that the kind where you don't have to thaw it and you cook it in the bag? That's the type of turkey breast we got, we've fixed them before and they always turn out great.

I've never done the whole turkey, just the breasts, but we really liked them. Hope you like yours, it's so much easier than wrestling a big old turkey!

I hope I like it too. It said to cook 2-3 hours. I’ve made a couple turkeys. They were not like my sisters. Hers melted in your mouth. She couldn’t make gravy to save her life though. Her boys told her to get out of the kitchen one year so I could take over. That did not go over well.
