I love homemade yogurt. It's pretty much all I use.
I am a bit better each day!

I also make piima which is a scandanavian buttermilk.
 
That's good news.

I'll have to look that up. I'm not a fan of traditional buttermilk, but I use it in cooking. Is it similar?
It is much better than regular buttermilk and is traditional so you culture it at room temperature.

It is very good for baking!
