I did the cupcakes Monday and froze them. I hope they are ok. I bought Sam’s Club powdered sugar and I hate it. I will not buy again. I bought flour at our local grocery store and that was not good either. I usually use Gold Medal All Purpose Unbleached. That’s all they had was bleached. The cookies and cupcakes were a different texture than they usually are. They were more dry. I’m my worst critic.

It's funny how the same thing can be so different one source from another. I bet your treats are still delicious though!

My son will be at this party. He will be honest and tell me if they suck. The guy picking it up has had many goodies of mine growing up. He didn’t like lemon bars until he had mine.
