I got a cute photo yesterday. Pinkie Pie has a helper - her daughter, Rosie, that I ended up hand rearing. Rosie was one of their first chicks and she started looking a lot smaller than her brother. I took both chicks as I thought keeping them together was kinder. Her brother, Pie, has never been an overly friendly bird - he's a bit highly strung. Pinkie doesn't seem to mind and I know Rosie is feeding the chicks as she has food all over her beak. These babies are very calm too and I can pat them without them getting scared. I'll have to clean out their box soon so hopefully they'll continue to take it all in stride.

@Teila you have been working hard! I think your elbow deserves a break! It looks amazing though - I'm sure you'll be glad of all that shade come summer.
