OK, I will stop now for two reasons .. my head hurts and I do not have a hankering for a frozen Blooie. I would, however, welcome some ice or snow or anything else cooling ;)

Yep, I have no doubt they are but less so than cigarettes I believe. They have not been around long enough to have any conclusive studies completed. But, as there was no chance of me giving up smoking altogether, they are the lesser of two evils ;)

That is what i figured. I have a good friend that used to smoke. She was hooked on the nicotine gum for years. But she finally quit!
