NFC I am sure you are probably aware but Coke is soooo bad for you! Have you seen the video of what it does to metal? Lol

I used to drink it all the time. Not every day but enough. And other sodas. Then a few years ago (like late 2012 or 2013ish) it started giving me a headache so I quit drinking it for like over a year or even two. Then now this year or last I've been drinking it again some. I was drinking it like every day at lunch. Then, long story short, Coke now tears up my intestines and even gives me IBS and pain so I can't drink it anymore.

But that doesn't mean I'm not slowly poisoning myself with sugar still
