You need to take better care of yourself.Yeah I know but I tend to wake up late as well as forget to eat for a while after I wake uo so then I just wait.
For example, I usually go to bed between 2 and 3 but usually 3 or 330. Then I wake up like 1 about. It used to be 11 or 12 now it's 1 or 2. Sometimes later if I've stayed up later. Idk why but it's annoying.
But 1 or 130 is usually average.
So I've obviously missed breakfast at that point. And that's lunch but then it takes me a while to actually get moving and dressed etc. Because I'm just naturally slow when I get up but ALSO I go straight to my phone. So then it's often an additional few hours before I either eat. Or sometimes I eat something small then go off later in the day like 4 or 5.
So then I either eat c*** or I just wait till dinner.
Or eat really late lunch at like 3 or 4 and then I'm not hungry.
So then i just eat junk
I eat the same way, coffee for breakfast, a small snack for brunch than supper. If I eat meals on a regular basis I grow sideways on a regular basis. I can't imagine it is, though I've never had it. But fresh apples make a good pie. I would think that canned apples are already cooked to some extent and the texture when made into a pie just would NOT be right.Plus we only had canned apple filling and canned apple is just NOT good.

Though I don't always eat as soon as I get up. But then I also sleep 6-7 hours a night not 10+ and I get up at 6 or 7 AM daily. @KDOGG331, seems like you are a bit of a night owl. Nothing wrong with shifting your eating to match that schedule. This is true, "grazing" is healthy.
