What we need is better testing prior to a Release and Developers prepared to admit the issue and fix it following the Release

Two babies have hatched!

I only got a photo because the hen's sister and mother came over for a nosy and the hen got off the nest to chase them off. One of the babies is an unusual colour. Now I'm worried that it will wander off in the night and get lost because they chill so quickly and our aviary is big. Last time this girl misplaced two chicks and they died, but she raised three. I might set her up in a cage inside because I so want to see what that colour grows into! It's like a wild but instead of black stripes it has greyish/brown stipes. It looks darker in the photo than in real life. The other chick is a cinnamon:

Triage on an IT Help Desk for my employers' specialised software and over 1,000 users.
So, basically I am first phones and first Help Desk ticket; fix it if I can and if not, escalate it.

What a great day! Just love being outside when it is above freezing. Got a lot of work done. Also working on building a bunny cage, only one side and the bottom left to cut sides for.
Snow starting tonight is expected. But my winter wheat is coming up anyway over by the bunny coop!

I'm sorta proud of myself, when the alarm went off instead of going back to bed, I got up!! I put the garbage out for pick up, shoveled some snow, posted on BYC in the morning for a change. Brought the empty garbage containers back to the driveway. Wow! Hoping I can make a habit out of not going back to sleep and actually doing something. Maybe tomorrow will tackle the dishes filling up the kitchen sink. BTW it's a shallow sink, so doesn't take much to fill it.
