Oh I'll definitely be leaning on you guys.
I'm going by tomorrow to make a down payment, so I'll take a few pics then.
Weather could definitely be an issue. We've got snow drifted about 3 feet deep where we want to set it. Evidently it's actually a good time of year for pile driving. Who woulda thunk. Well drilling can happen any time of the year. I'm not so sure about digging for the septic though....
House mover is going to give an estimate in a day or so.
Phew.
I guess the food truck is going to have to be put on the back burner

I had all of the stuff delivered to build my 4 coops yesterday.... once I get finished packing up and cleaning my current house they're next on my agenda (probably next week).

Can't wait to see the photos! I am interested and kind of excited myself. We have a friend who recently relocated a dwelling in two pieces on the back of two trucks and it is awesome to watch how it went and how it finished up; which was beautiful by the way.

This house is small, so hopefully it will move in one piece. Only 743 sq ft.
Built back in the 30s or 40s. Lots of charm. Good bones. Lots of paint needed though.

Well
I did it. I bought a house for $5,000.

Now I've got to get a foundation in, well & septic.

I'm going to have running water and warm floors next winter!
