I never had cranberry beans but they are supposed to taste like chestnuts! I bought a bag on clearance at Walmart and decided to try and grow them. If i don't like them, the hubby and the birds will.

They should taste like pinto beans

Our temps took a dip last night and it's only 27* now...go away winter, you've worn out your welcome!

We got up to about 50°F yesterday, supposed to make 70°F today! We had 3 days of clear skies. Going to get cloudier today and rain tomorrow.
