Ugh my back has hurt since last night and still hurts but then now it hurts less and my front end hurts more. Left side this time. But somewhat both/the middle. This is very weird.

I'm wondering now if it isn't just almost that time... but I have never had pains from it let alone before it even starts

It is a pain the is moving down? Did they check you for kidney stones?

Nah, not really moving down. Hard to explain. So the other night when I had the pain on the right side, it lasted a few hours then went away like an hour after I posted. Then now my back started hurting last night and hurt all day today but besides that I was fine with no other pains. Then now just within the last hour or two is when I got this pain in my lower abdomen region again. But this one is different. It's not even really intense paim but just almost feels like bloated or something which is why I thought maybe it was just period or something. I did shower which helped slightly but idk.

They did not check for kidney stones but I'm going to ask.

Cause in the past I've taken tons of Advil and Tylenol and now they're saying Tylenol damages your liver and Advil damages your kidneys so I would like to get those organs checked out
 
I got these but I'm kind of scared to use it because of the electrical things but also now that my front hurts too I'll likely still be in pain even if I use this on my back? Thinking of finding a heating pad.

I'm trying not to use drugs though for the above mentioned reasons
