This is totally random but on the one hand, Gator's been growing his fur back* but in the other he's started farting recently. Doesn't really smell but I don't recall him farting much or ever before. And for a while he's been making this really weird noise mostly at night. It sounds like a bear lol but he's like retching or belching or something? He just did it and I thought he was gonna throw up but he didn't. But it's very very loud. You can hear it from upstairs. He'll do it usually at least once or twice at night. It's like has trying to cough something up but doesn't. We originally thought maybe hairballs from licking all his hot spots but he doesn't have any fur anymore.





*it escalated from just those patches by his shoulder to like losing all of his undercoat and it wad ugly brown clumps for a while, which we pulled out, so then he looked better once it was back to all black despite no fur, but now it is growing back. He also had a little rat tail lol

Had to Google that but I don't think so? Idk. It sounds different. I'll have to try to video it sometime but it's hard because I'm usually already in bed. But sometimes he does it just laying down

Sounds just like my dogs were but, more dramatic and louder It was very upsetting till the vet reassured us it wasn't hurting the dogs, and neither was it contagious.

Thought he was chocking the first time he did it...scared the begeeous outta me! :lau
