My cousin was in Scotland a few years ago and was so impressed with these, she bought a calendar with a photo of them on every month

They weren't huge like that but had them scary horns. I know that was the name of them though. I don’t remember it being that hairy... I did not pull the name out of my hat either

Scottish Highlanders - once upon I used to hang out in a bar that served steaks from Scottish Highlanders. The bar owner owned/owns a fairly large herd and now sells meat at local farmers markets. It has a distinctive taste - slightly gamey but very good to my palate.

Sour I guess no one else is interested in the race of the century Sour vs Sean but, I'd buy the first ticket. I know you both are good buddies, so I hope neither will "throw" the race so the other wins. I would be perfectly happy if it ends in a tie. Make it so.
