The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Good morning :frow

Sharron sorry you guys are getting so much rain at the moment. Poor little piggy!

Jae, nice of your parents to watch the kids for a bit. I hope your cold is over quickly, those are never fun.

My son got into to our house yesterday :D Good news on DH coming on our Yellowstone trip...he has to wrap up some loose ends then will join us in a couple days :woot

Off to get more coffee...
its to bad we couldn't keep some of this rain for next summer but mother nature seems to feel differently:idunno

Wow, DMC, you guys are covering some miles! Devil's Tower is on my list of "things to see" too. Continue having fun and be safe!

Ok gang, I had to log back in just long enough to wave good bye and change my avatar :D. Keep up the chatter, the great ball games and the fun. We're headed out so I'll see you all in about 1 week, hugs all around! :frow
careful and have fun

DMC I love the photos! I adore the wildlife you have over there and you have some gorgeously dramatic landscapes. Not much here but birds, bugs, frogs and reptiles (and two species of tiny bat which are our only native land mammals). And most are terribly endangered so there's not much chance of seeing them outside of a zoo (and even then some are restricted to pest free offshore islands that are carefully monitored so the general public don't get to see them).

Can't wait for Debby's photos too. Sounds like she's going to have an awesome time.

Hopefully this darn cold will pass quickly. Food tastes funny.

@sharron, just yesterday I was remarking to the Princess about how unusual it is that everything is still so green. We haven't had a dry spell all spring/summer here on the other side of the river.
we've really had a nice summer, just enough rain to keep everything growing and producing, including my cucumbers, usually have to have at least two plantings on them this year my first and only planting has just died and its to late in the year to plant another one
