Sounds like you are having fun with your PC Debby. I use Macs - a lot more intuitive than windows, which is very much needed for someone like me

We don't need any more babies, especially after this time. One is safely 5 miles away at a neighbor's so hopefully, this will be the last. She's an excellent mom but she's earned a rest.

Hi Sunflour! I'm going to try to stick it out and just figure how it works. DH and I both need new computers (his is shot totally now) and this would probably be on the new ones anyway.

Are you off work today? I know you've been terribly busy, but it's good to see you!
 
Word of advice, Debby - even with Win 10 you can still use an older browser. Edge stinks! Basic functions like copy and paste are gone - work fine in the word processing stuff but NOT on forums like this where you often want to copy and paste. BYC doesn't work as well on it either. Try to use a smiley and it sticks it up before the first word of your text regardless of where you click to place it. Try to move it and it just pops right back up to where it wants to be. Posting photos is hit and miss...sometimes it works, sometimes it tells you something about embedding and parameters. And no matter what you are working on, sometimes it types backwards, siht ekil. Yep.

The copy and paste and the typing backwards are pretty common issues with 10, if you google it. To fix my BYC issues (oh, did I mention the little @NorthFLChick feature doesn't always work with Edge as the browser?) I went to Edge, did a search for Google Chrome, and when it came up I checked the little box to make it my default browser.

WV, I'm glad to hear your husband is back home and doing well. Somehow I missed the news too or I would have said something sooner. My husband is quite a bit younger than me too but most people don't realize it...he has white hair (what there is of it, lol) and "character lines". He always says it's not the years, it the mileage. Guess he has a few more miles on him :)

Off to check on animals. Wonder if our mama goat is going to kid today? If she gets any bigger around she won't be able to walk, we'll be able to roll her around like a barrel.

Haha...I don't know about the hard miles thing...I've had a pretty hard life....and still don't look my age....I don't know to me I do...but everyone tell me I look 35.... Guess I won't complain...don't really have any grey hair either...(on my head)..but add I've said before....from the nose down I'm a polar bear....:)

I've stuck it out with 10....and it's gotten better....my PC had quit working all together with 8 so I really had no choice unless I wanted to get a new PC....thinking of getting one of those new Samsung tablets though.....like the Android system.

I've used copy and paste...but yeah working around the whole spelling backward thing is why I'm mostly mobile on this site
