i didn't eat any, took a smaller one and cooked it at dinner, husband ate half of it then finished it for supper, i guess i could have tried some there would have been enough for three large servings but husband does enjoy sp's so much i let him have all of it:lol:
That was very nice of you! I can be nice with sweet potatoes too...since I do not eat them

I always bake extras and then make candied sweet potatoes with the leftovers. :drool

:gigi love potatoes of any kind, fixed any which way but i had made green beans, pork roast, salad and then the sp , i only wanted the gbs, roast and salad:)
 
I've got vertigo again. Had it for an entire year -then just about disappeared. Guess it recharged and it's back. I just looked out the bedroom window the other day, and the yard was spinning. Never had "that" one before.
What did the Dr. say about it?

Stop it sour, your making me want some candied yams, now, with sugar and lots of cinnamon and mac/cheese and ham casserole.

Brown sugar, and mac n cheese and ham for sure. I sometimes substitute maple syrup for the brown sugar. Oh yeah, lots of butter too.
