Soooo, here we sit the same as last night. Waiting for the sellers to sign the paperwork we completed hours ago. And the cut off time for this is 5pm today, 21 minutes from now.

That is sooooo frustrating. With that said, I never signed the final amendment to our contract and the deal closed, check came, title transferred and the realtor had to pay the money he promised I would pay.

Thanks, they took out the sutures from my eyes, and half the sutures from my scalp. I go back next week to get the rest out.
