When I'm working building a pen or something, I always have blood blisters or regular blisters, smashed thumbs/fingers, scrapes, scratches...lots of blood and tears!

The palms of my hands are very tough, but the pliers got me on my finger.

No, never found the guy but we felt we had a pretty good idea it was the homeless guy we asked the police to chase off our yard a week earlier. I told the police about the neighbor seeing him, but they said unless she wanted to hire an attorney and come to the station to make a statement, they wouldn't talk to her. That seemed really odd to me. One of the things the guy took was a brand-new handgun...always felt that would show up at some crime scene but if it did, we never heard about it.

Wow that is weird. I'm sorry you never got the stuff back and that they wouldn't do anything. And I hope the gun wasn't used in a crime. Although from all the crime TV shows I watch, they likely would have traced it back to you and at least questioned you if it was, right? Cause it would've been registered to you? Although maybe not if you reported it stolen cause then they'd know it wasn't you using it or if the serial number was filed off. I think I watch too many TV shows

I slipped on some water going into the kitchen last night and kind of pulled my shoulder grabbing onto the counter and of course my hip muscles/ankle/leg, and thought it might be sore today but it appears fine now. Hurt for a bit last night but thankfully eventually went away cause that would be an embarrassing ER story my ankle is still a little iffy though but that might be unrelated to the slip.

You are easily amused. I fall down fairly often too. Usually falling over my own big feet. When i was a kid i wanted to take ballet lessons. Parents said no. I did take swimming lessons and scuba lessons. I was also a water safety instructor.
