As Ron mentioned, may be a pet escapee? I don't think a sandpiper would be on a rooftop, but then again if it's a pet, who knows!
 
planted some patio tomato seeds the other day, some are up, now if i can just find those pots that have the holder that attaches to the flower pot like i want, will be set , then will transplant into them when they're ready to transplant, i've looked til my eyes are going crosseyed and my hand hurts from clicking on pages to look

just remember as you get older it get longer to heal, we're not spring chickens anymore, we also get bruises that seem to just appear out of thin air and you really put a hurting on yourself, so yeah, its going to take awhile B U T you are healing:celebrate

rj, i don't know of a pet bird that looks like that, orange head with a white body, there are several that have orange, white but also have green in the bodies, sengals are orange or yellow and grey and then theres the caique parrot, a little bird but both of these have a hook bill, not like a platypus :idunno
