You are one of the lucky ones. My nails are paper thin and shred off real easy. Baby fine hair too...would give anything if I "needed" to trim nails.

I’ve got baby fine hair now that I’m, um, elderly, but the nails haven’t changed.

As long as it's not a calcium supplement...got killer arthritis and stuff like that is a big no-no.

There is no calcium in either biotin or type 2 collagen, which is good for arthritis too.
