my daddy had no sense of humor, at least i never saw one but he was a good father and still miss him like the devil and hes been gone since 82.

Might want to check on geothermal, especially if Cal has tax credits. Federal 30% this year.

Good reason to look into geo since you have such high summer temps. Expensive to squeeze cool out of 105°F air. Easy out of 45°F water.

My dad was of the same opinion... "You dont need to goto college to learn stuff... All you have to do is read some books" He did too.
