Don't know about TX but I am pretty sure you need an explosives license most places. Makes getting rid of a large rock or two kinda expensive.

Back in the day before everyone was running around blowing things up, you didn't need a license. It was also cheaper than pulling them out with log chains and a tractor, plus it got all the roots, too!

Work, this time of year?

There's some work that goes on 52 weeks a year Bruce! My clothes haven't figured out how to wash themselves, the groceries don't magically appear in the fridge and the cats haven't figured out how to run the vacuum cleaner yet.

Oh, I thought you meant PAID work. Figure DH doesn't pay you to do those things.
Our cats know how to run (from) the vacuum, not that we have ever once tried to use it on them.

No pay this time of year...I just do all that other stuff for free (and of course, the sheer pleasure of it)!

I do kind of get a paycheck every month though. I have a pension for giving up 33 years of my life in the corporate world.

I get that same kind of "not pay" check! 34 years. Gotta decide when to start recovering the money my employers and I gave to the government for 41 years.
