Propane tank is being delivered on Monday and getting filled on Tuesday. Then we'll be able to fire up the furnace! Once that's done we'll be able to get the water pressure pump in and we'll have heat and running water!

With all the snow the northeast gets, does anyone ever use a horse drawn sleigh with jingle bells on it? Just something I always thought to be a standard prop in a winter wonderland.

My husbands uncle used to have one that he gave rides with. He lived a few hours from us. I’ve never seen anything local. That would be awesome.

Nope. We have roads, plows and motorized vehicles. Only place you might see a horse drawn sleigh (in use) would be someone giving rides in a field or something.
