Except last I recall, they are flipping the house in Casper.

That's a 'good' thing. After you calibrate it, crank up the bator put some water in it and play around with it before you start seriously hatching any eggs. It will give you a better 'feel' for how much water you need to add to get your humidity where it should be during incubation and then at lockdown.
ETA - After 24 hours the sensor should be reading 75% Rh, if it reads low then you will add the percent difference to get the actual % Rh, if it reads high you will subtract that % to get the actual %Rh.
Example: sensor is reading 68% so you will perform this calculation. 68 - 75 ÷ 75 = -7 x 100 = -9.33% , so its reading that % low. Perform the same calculation if reading higher to get your 'actual' % Rh Example:
78 - 75 ÷ 75 = 0.04 × 100 = 4% you would subtract that % to get true %Rh.
Most of the time the sensors will read low.

That was just at the end, Debby! They’d been going through on Main Street for quite some time before I got to the intersection. How’s the tooth? I feel kinda bad that you are hurting and disliking Wyoming, but once you get to Casper where there more amenities you’ll be happier! You are pretty isolated down your way, and this winter has been brutal along I-80. Hang in there, my friend!
Fun story @Blooie!
Seems like they would announce the time of the cattle drive so more people could go watch![]()
Not possible, Bruce. The drive depends entirely on the weather. The ranch is on one side of town and the pastures are in the other, so they do this twice a year. I’ve seen it take an hour or better to move the cattle. Since Hey 310 is a major traffic artery, and in town the highway is also Main Street, semis hate getting caught behind it!![]()
The tooth is tearing up my tongue. And I've been told (by someone who's initials are DH) that I'm a touch grumpy.
No move to Casper for us. As soon as the house is done, it goes on the market. We're here for at least this upcoming golf season.
It has been a challenging winter but things will get better. Thanks for the hugs![]()
Duh! Do I feel silly - I knew the plan was fix it up and sell it. Don’t know why I thought you’d live there for a time, guess in all the excitement of the dramatic changes in the house I got caught up and forgot. Another year then hopefully Cody, right? Lots of doctors, dentists, an urgent care clinic and a really good hospital there!
Sad news. No chicks. Had to cancel the order yesterday. Still just too many things popping up to fill the blank spaces in the calendar. We talked it over when we were driving home from Sheridan and since he is staying on as Grand Recorder, plus Grand Secretary of York Rite Council snd Chapter for one more year, our schedule will slow down some but not stop. Reality stinks. We kinda promised each other that next spring we’ll start over, but I think we both see the writing on the wall and it just might not happen at all. I guess I’m okay with that - disappointed to say the least but at least I’m not stomping my feet and holding my breath until I turn purple so that must mean something.
