I got a smartphone to replace my dying flip phone. Used it to try to follow the forums while I was down south rather than haul the laptop. I don't know how people manage it! At least the word guesser was pretty good and I could click on many words before I had to one finger type them all out. For some reason the guesser thinks I want to type hygienist as the next word WAY more often than I do. Kinda weird and yes I DID go get my teeth cleaned just last month so it isn't hinting.


That's a BIG napkin, do they expect him to make a mess when he sits down to eat??
Seriously though, he is an impressive person (which I know is a huge surprise to you )


Hey, ANOTHER great story for that book you are writing!

I use my phone most of the time for BYC. I dispise the keys on the laptop.

We just got done planting potatoes, peas and onions. Hope we don’t get a frost or snow. It was a warm one out there. The breeze just picked up as we finished

I hate cell phones only my son(who bought it) and my brother (who added it to his account) call me. I have no idea what the cell phone's phone number is. But get random calls often from other states etc. I don't answer.

I prefer my landline. Doesn't need to be recharged. It has an answering machine , if I"m awake(rarely) and I recognize the person's voice I pick up. 99% of the time it's "So glad I got a hold of you. Our crew is in your area today. We do gutters, roofs, blah blah blah."

Or woman's voice says"I got your letter today but, can't make out the full address. Please call me at 555-555-5555- yeah sure.

If caller was Tuhuya Oha, wouldn't recognize the voice. Would ask what he knows about me that no one else does? We both would probably flunk that question.

Crazy weather all around. Our backyard is still half full of water. I have my own pond. I’ve never heard so many frogs. I heard it will be a hot dry summer. We’ll see what happens.

DMC, hope you don't have any problem with the fire warning. Maybe all that water in your yard will be a good thing to have.

We're looking at rain with a chance for snow around Monday or so. It was 37* when I woke up this morning and probably about that inside too since we had the windows open all night
