Lol! I think you are too!
And here I thought it was the 1980's hairstyle you would have admired
We do have tea (tons and tons of various teas) but sniff, sniff, I want coffee in the morning. Can anyone put together an emergency air drop for me?
The post office just called and the chicks are here!!![]()
Um, I think the airports down thataway are also shut down. Wanna see a pic of my yard today? Hehehe
Yayyyy! Be sure to tuck them under MHP and let them figure out where to get warm. Let them settle for a day or so before you mess with them too much - a lot of handling, added to shipping, can really stress them out!
Yep. I've had them delivered to the PO early in the morning and picked them up before the PO opened. The clerks call as soon as they get in and hear the chicks, they REALLY don't want to listen to unhappy chicks peeping non stop for hours on end. Plus, if they understand what is in the box and how fragile they are, they want you to get them to their new home ASAP. And I've had them delivered right to the house later in the day when they didn't make the early morning plane so miss the truck to the PO.Although last time they were here early morning I thought but I guess every shipment is different.
Some people don't realize what all the PO ships. DW has taken in live birds (not day olds) and tropical fish for shipment elsewhere. And duck wing tips in their special envelopes, some sort of requirement from the state fish and game. And rocks that went to Scotland. Don't know why, you would think they would have plenty of their ownOne lady used to have them and was so excited and one was just fascinated lol
