I really do wish! They give me hives though, and while the puppies wouldn't care, my old girl is a critter getter. I don't have neighborhood cats bother my chickens because she takes care of it

Our old dog killed any cat that came into our yard. I asked the neighbor if we should get more for them. Our German Shepherd harrasses them but doesn’t hurt them.

I’m doing just great! Have most of this week home, except for tonight’s annual pancake supper which the Masons hold primarily for the widows of Masons, but any other elderly folks in the Powell area are welcomed with open arms too. The guys cook, serve, and clean up. All we do as guests is enjoy. Then the travel is going to pick back up, but at least I was able to catch my breath a bit!

I hope everything in your world is as good as it is in mine!

And don’t encourage RJ....we’ll be back to a flapping contest!

It sounds like you'll have a nice evening! I don't know how you keep up with it all.

We are doing good too. We're hoping for a weekend on the coast in CA in a couple of months, maybe take the pups and just relax a few days. Summer is so busy for us both at work that getting time off together can be a challenge. Other than that we're just living the dream

Okay I mentioned trivia briefly last night and forgot to post the rest of the story. Well, we came in second!

Also, on the way there we saw two Irish Wolfhounds!! I couldn’t get a picture as we passed them too fast but they were awesome!! One was HUGE and light grey and the other one seemed pretty small, at least for an Irish Wolfhound, and was much darker almost black/brown? Do IWs come in that dark of a gray? And it wasn’t really small per se, I suppose there wasn’t that much difference between the two, but enough where it was very noticeable. Seemed way smaller compared to the other. Maybe male and female? Anyway, they were both gorgeous and I thought @Blooie might appreciate this story.

There were, of course, lots of other dogs, it was a gorgeous night and we were downtown, but none worth sharing with my fellow BYCers because none were as cool as the IWs.

I think I'm on my third or fourth childhood. I have several doctor appointments to make and I just don't wanna and nobody can make me.
